The Challenge

Embark on an exciting journey of innovation with our Video Contest Platform Development Challenge Description. In this endeavor, we were tasked with creating a dynamic and user-centric website that revolutionizes the way video contests are conducted. The primary objective was to design a platform where users can register, upload their videos, and compete for the title of “Winner,” all while providing administrators with the necessary tools to manage the contest seamlessly.

The Solution

We proposed an innovative solution driven by insights and technological innovation: a Web AR-based game. Leveraging the power of augmented reality (AR), we created an interactive game where players could immerse themselves in the excitement of scoring goals. The rules were simple: users would aim to score as many goals as possible within a given timeframe, competing against friends and other players globally. To enhance the experience, we integrated weekly prizes to incentivize participation and keep players engaged throughout the tournament. This Web AR game not only provided entertainment but also allowed Samsung to connect with football fans in a meaningful and memorable way, despite not being an official sponsor of the World Cup.
